All our packages are shipped from BC. Please follow the UPS holiday guideline below if you want your gifts to arrive in time for Christmas (Dec 24, 2024).

Standard Shipping:

BC : Order by Dec 19 (Excluding Extended Areas)

AB : Order by Dec 18 (Excluding Extended Areas)

Rest of Canada : Order by Dec 15 (Including Extended Areas)

Express Saver (Air):

All Canada : Order by Dec 23 before noon

Please note that our warehouse is close for one week between Dec 25 - Jan 1, 2025. All orders will be processed after Christmas/ New Year on Jan 2, 2025.

 

Extended Warranty for Christmas 2024

Celebrate the holiday season worry-free! We recognize the significance of stress-free shopping during this festive period. Our warranty period has been extended exclusively for you.

Any issues with orders made on tenderleaftoys.ca from November 1st to December 31st can now be fully covered until January 31st, 2025.
