Free Shipping on orders over $75!
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders that total $75and above. Sub-total of order must be greater than or equal to $75 after discounts/coupons are applied.
Shipping Service Rates and Details
- Shipping is only available within Canada.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any return package if the package is rejected for any reason or the provided shipping address is undeliverable.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-3 business days from the date of purchase for your order to process before shipping.
- All orders will be shipped either via CANPAR, CANADA POST or UPS.
- For an additional cost, we offer Priority Shipping within Canada. Once your order has processed, you should expect to receive shipment within 2 to 4 business days.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for package(s) at the time of shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g. UPS or USPS) to check the status of your shipment. If you have created an account with Tender Leaf Toys you may also log into your account, and click on your order under “Order History” to view the tracking number.
Missing or Late Packages
If you have not received your package, and the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please try the following:
- Be sure to check everywhere around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your patio, in front of your garage, behind a bush, or your porch.
- You may also call or visit your local post office or UPS with the tracking number. Your local post office or UPS will be able to ask the carrier where the package may have been left.
- If the tracking information show the item was returned to us, please email support@tenderleaftoys.ca for further assistance.
Late Packages may be due to:
- Incorrect address
- Payment Delay or Issue
- CANPAR, UPS or CANADA POST failure to deliver, e.g. severe weather conditions
- Any changes made to the order after submitting an order
